Updating Payment Elections

1.    Log into Workday: Go to www.mines.edu and click on "My Mines" on the top banner.

2. Once you open Workday you will be brought to the Homepage. From here you will navigate to your profile by clicking the person icon in the upper right corner and click "View Profile"

3. Once you are in your profile, you will click the "PAY" tab from the menu/list on the left side of the screen:

4. Once you click on the "Payment Elections" tab you will be notified that you are going into a Privileged Session and may need to log in again. Once you have entered the Privileged Session scroll to the second section called "Payment Elections" and select the EDIT button for "Expense Payments". If you do not have any payment options, you may need to click ADD first.

5. Once you click edit a new task/window will open and will allow you to either change or add a Payment Type. Note, if you have only one type listed you must select "Balance" as shown below. If you have more than one type listed, you will need to designate how payments are split between the two types. Once the updates have been made click "OK".

6. Once you click save you should see the following message to confirm it has been updated and saved.
