Personal Information Updates - All Employees

Be sure your information is complete and accurate!

It is important to review your personal information, stored in your Workday employee file. Please click on your initials/picture on the top right of your screen and choose “View Profile”. Down the left side of your screen will be a navy-blue ribbon with multiple sections below. Please click on the following areas to ensure the information in the system is accurate.

Contact:

  • Review your Home Contact Information to ensure Mines has your most recent address.
  • Review your Phones and ensure you have a cell phone that is identified as Mines Alert Primary. This is the most efficient way for you to be contacted if there is a campus closure, or anything else on campus that you should be aware of.
  • Review any email addresses you have in the system, including a personal email address.
  • Verify your work address, and phone number. IT works to keep everyone’s business phone number updated, but it’s always good to doublecheck!
  • At the top, next to Contact, you will see Emergency Contacts. Please verify you have an Emergency Contact listed in the system too!

If you notice any of this information is missing, or is incorrect, at the top of the screen is the Edit button.

 

Then scroll to the appropriate section and either click  ADD or click on the EDIT in the right top corner:

Having this information updated and accurate is incredibly important for Mines to communicate easily with you!
