List Request

Please read the Guidelines for Print and Electronic Communications before submitting your request.  It will answer most, if not all your questions. 

Important Notes:

  • Requests take 10 working days to process.
  • US CAN-SPAM Act and Canada anti-spam information 
    • Lists should only be used once. Lists should only be used one time and within 30 days of receiving the list only for the use described in the request. If you are sending another communication, please request a new list request.
    • We are legally required to give recipients the ability to opt out of your list when you send mass emails. Please notify the foundation via the form below when people request to opt out of emails so we can update our database. In addition to having clear language regarding opt-out requests, the foundation needs to get all contact or other biographical updates from the recipient. Email administrators should use Update Donor/Constituent Record to notify us of updates and opt-out requests.
  • Email/mail communication: Please provide an attachment of your communication. Please be sure to enter the date that you prefer to send your communication in the form and not the date you want the data.

Foundation Staff:

  • If you are assisting a campus partner, refer them to this page. Do not enter a ticket on their behalf as the Advancement Services (AS) team may need to correspond with them directly. If you want to be included in that conversation, ask them to cc: you on the ticket.
  • Requesting Lists from CRM Advance: Refer to this document regarding various data points when consulting with campus partners.

Students: Please ask your faculty or staff adviser to request the list.
