Adding Direct Deposit Bank Account
- Log into workday.mines.edu using your Mines username and password.
- From the Workday home page, click on your profile picture in the upper-right corner and then select View Profile.
- Within the left-hand menu, choose Pay.
- A message may pop up requiring you to begin a Privileged Session.Click OK.
- Towards the top of the Pay screen, select the Payment Elections tab.
- Click the Add button near the middle of the Payment Elections page to add a direct deposit account.
ATTENTION: Please review your Account Number & Routing Number for accuracy as it is your responsibility to ensure that your banking information is correct. Entering incorrect information may cause delay in receiving payments.
- Select the Account Type (Checking or Savings).
- Enter the Routing Transit Number.
- Enter your bank Account Number.
- Enter your Bank Name.
- Enter the Bank Identification Code, if applicable.
- Add an Account Nickname (optional).
Once finished, Click OK to submit your direct deposit information to the Mines Payroll department for processing.
