Pay Slips and Payment Elections

Information on viewing your pay slips, adding your direct deposit, and updating your payment elections

VIEW PAYSLIPS

  1.  From the Workday home page, select t the Pay application. You can also use the search bar and enter My Payslips.  
  2.  Under the View column, select Payslips.  
  3.  A report of your payslips displays.
  4.  Click View or Print based on your needs.

ADD DIRECT DEPOSIT ACCOUNT

  1.  From the Workday main menu, select the Pay application.  
  2.  In the Tasks column, select Payment Elections.  
  3.  Click Add.  
  4.  Select Direct Deposit in the Payroll Payments field.
  5.  Select Direct Deposit in the Expense Payments field.
  6.  Add an Account Nickname (optional).
  7.  Enter the Routing Transit Number.
  8.  Enter the Bank Name.
  9.  Enter the Bank Identification Code, if applicable.
  10.  Select the Account Type (Checking or Savings).
  11.  Enter the Account Number.
  12.  Click OK.

MANAGE PAYMENT ELECTIONS

  1.  From the Workday main menu, select the Pay application.  
  2.  In the Tasks column, select Payment Elections.  
  3.  Click Edit in the Payment Elections section to add or modify payment elections.  
  4.  Click the plus sign to add (or minus sign to remove) an account.
  5.  Use the dropdown menus to make selections and add/update the amount or percent to deposit into the account.
  6.  Click OK.
    Note: A direct deposit account cannot be changed until it is removed from the Payment Elections section. Click the Edit button under Payment Elections to remove the account. Then under the Accounts section, Edit or Remove the direct deposit account.
