MultiPass is the single master account for most major computer systems at Mines. If something is not working with a MultiPass, you may be able to recover your password yourself or report an issue for further support.

You may also report an issue for other non-MultiPass credentials that ITS helps manage.

A short description to explain the nature of a ticket.

For which service do your need your password reset?

For students and employees MultiPass covers most systems -- including ADIT, Canvas, Trailhead, Linux, Mines Help Center, and other MultiPass enabled services.

Username

What is your MultiPass username?

If you need password reset help for a non-MultiPass service, what is the username you use for that service (e.g., username_s or username_a).

Your MultiPass username/login name is used to login to most Mines computing services. And is typically the part of your email address before @mines.edu.

Non-Mines Email Address

If you are having problems access your email, please include a non-Mines email address.

Additional Information

Please include any appropriate circumstances or additional information that may help in resolving your issue.
