Service Description
This service will be retired in conjunction with the beginning of the Fall 2021 semester but may return in the future, if the need arises to provide Mines community members a controlled method of requesting and scheduling device drop-off/pick-up from the Mines Service Center or ways to interact through remote support options for assistance due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Service Levels
Prior to Fall 2021, device drop-off/pick-up support for the Mines Service Center (MSC) was by appointment only for remote support during the MSC's hours of operation (via ticket, phone, chat, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams).
Requirements
Microsoft Booking platform hosted the appointment scheduling, via Office365 account, is required

There is no charge for this service.
Requesting the Service
This service is no longer available to request and will be retired. Please visit us in person or here in Mines Help Center for support.
