Changed Percent Complete from 15% to 40%.
All decommissioned app discussions have been initiated.  Banner apps are awaiting more info from the cutover plan.  Cognos, ePrint, PageUp, Self Service HR, and V/S all have a plan for decommissioning established.  Some activities have been added to the project plan while others and dates are still being determined.
