Description

The purpose of this project is to streamline the course substitution process for undergraduate and graduate students into a single process. Currently, Undergraduate students utilize the Undergraduate Course Substitution Request Form, while Graduate students use a degree audit addendum. The Registrar's Office would like to use an OnBase Unity Form and associated workflow to route the request to pertinent parties.

Additionally, the Registrar's Office has recently gone live with Degree Works and would like to explore integration between OnBase and Degree Works.
