This project was delayed nearly 3 months between dev deployment and customer response

Description

Greetings!

We are in the process of separating the MAPS client portal from the existing ITS Help Center client portal.

To accomplish this we need to make a modification to the nightly user feed into TeamDynamix.

We have identified the changes required, which involve adding two fields/columns to the data set for both the student and faculty/staff.

The variable/fields to add to the nightly export are:
TDClient-2657
and
TDClient-1946
All users would need to be populated with the value: "Client (Default)" without quotations.

I would prefer to connect over Teams to help with this change as I understand the requirements after a meeting with the vendor.

I think this change, if I understand it correctly, should take no longer than 30 min. We are hoping to get this changed by Friday, however if the resources aren't immediately available, we can manually update the MAPS Client Portal user records, but it isn't an ideal solution.
