Having every active remunerated FTE staff/faculty member enrolled in Duo gives the School an extra layer of protection guarding the authentication of any individuals account across many different campus-wide systems. The upshot of this extra security is that compromising users' accounts and, hence, using them for non-authorized or malicious activities, becomes much more difficult to do.

This is ticket 14419514 conversion to project, to be assigned to the BI team as a BI internal project, it will not exceed 100 hours (estimate 40 overall), and should be considered a small project for BI team internal prioritization.

Description

For the accelerated MFA rollout, Security Team needs a daily report showing all full-time active employees to get as accurate a picture as possible of how many staff/faculty members have enrolled in MFA versus those that still need to. Duo is Mines two-factor authentication application. Ordering this data by department and supervisor will allow ITS to be able to most quickly determine which areas need most attention to drive 100% implementation over time.
