I’m trying to get an active current number of how many students are enrolled at Mines and registered with DSS. My list includes students who withdrew or graduated, so it’s not accurate, and a very manual process to do on my own. If I sent an Xcel list with CWIDs, could IT (or some other department) cross reference the list to determine who is still enrolled at Mines?
I'm also trying to achieve a process that automatically generates a list of students who should be inactivated in AIM once the student graduates or withdraws from the University. This is done manually and is not very accurate. If there is a way to make this process more automatic, that will help to improve efficiencies in my department.

I’m trying to get an active current number of how many students are enrolled at Mines and registered with DSS.
