2/13/20: Monique confirmed that Lisa should enter a software approval request, Joan resent the link and requested Lisa to enter this. Per Monique, this should go to the PGC. jlt
1/28/20: Met with Jackie & Angie, below are notes.
• Jackie originally discussed with Lisa last July.
• Lisa reached out to Angie on 12/5/19.
• Angie was in 1 call for scoping on 1/21/20.
• Angie asked Lisa to enter a project request.
• Angie communicated today to direct Lisa to submit a software approval process request so that the security and impact can be reviewed (Joan requested Lisa complete this request on 1/28). We did discuss that there is no software purchase for TAPINGO. jlt
1/27/20: Met with Lisa Goberis and Bob Mask. TAPINGO is an application that allows faculty and students to order from any dining area on campus. This effort is critical due to limited space to feed students. This will utilize the POS system, Touchnet. There is no software purchase for Mines, Sodexo has the service agreement with TAPINGO. Grubhub owns TAPINGO. Goal is to pilot in a few locations. Ports and printers are needed. Per Lisa, Angie has been in meetings and has documentation. Lisa believed this to be an under 100 hour project. jlt
