In SOLIDWORKS Add-Ins, please ensure that SOLIDWORKS CAM 2019 is not active and not set to start up. If it is, uncheck both checkboxes, click OK to apply the settings, close and reopen SOLIDWORKS, then confirm that SOLIDWORKS CAM 2019 is not running. Then try enabling the Mastercam Add-In.
If at any time a User Account Control window for "CodeMeter Runtime Server" appears when launching Solidworks or MasterCam, please enter your password and click Yes. You do not need to be an admin even though the message states "to continue, enter an admin user name and password." If you click No or cancel the prompt, it will keep reappearing until you type your password and click Yes.
