If one of the high-contrast modes has become enabled in your profile, please try the following steps to switch it off.
* Right-click on the Desktop, left-click "Personalize"
* In the settings window, left-click "Themes", scroll to the bottom of the window, left-click "High contrast settings"
* In the "High contrast" section, left-click the "Choose a theme" menu, left-click "None", scroll down and left-click "Apply"
* Right-click on the Desktop, left-click "Personalize"
* In the settings window, left-click "Colors", scroll to the bottom of the window.
* In the "Choose your default app mode" section, left-click the "Light"
