Windows:
- Join computer to ADIT domain:
Settings > System > About > Domain or workgroup > Change > Click the domain radio button to domain > adit.mines.edu
- Restart the computer.
- Move computer object in AD to correct OU.
- Run /gpupdate as admin.
- Restart computer again, for good measure.
- Ensure Software Center installs, should install shortly after restart.
- Software Center will install several applications; verify that Arctic Wolf gets installed and that Windows Defender is already installed.
Mac:
- Enroll computer in Jamf.
- (Unsure if this automatically enrolls the computer in Apple School Manager, but I think so)
- Join computer to ADIT domain:
System Preferences > Users & Groups > Network account server > adit.mines.edu
- Move computer object in AD to correct OU.
- Ensure that Self-Service is installed.
- Self-Service will install several applications; verify that Arctic Wolf and Microsoft Defender is installed.
