Complete the following steps to configure your non-IT-managed Mac OS X to Mines network.
- Go to System Preferences.
- Select Ethernet on the left menu.
- Click the Advanced button.
- Check the Enable automatic connection checkbox.
- Click OK and exit System Preferences.
- Plug in your ethernet cable and you should get a credentials pop-up.
- Enter your Mines email address and password, then click the Join button.
- You are now connected to the network.
