Should you encounter difficulties when attempting to use Microsoft Teams or Microsoft OneDrive via Cloud VDI, kindly perform the steps outlined below just once. If the problem persists after you have completed these actions, please contact Mines IT support. Remember to include a screen shot and the specific date and time the issue was observed when you report the problem.

Steps to resolve:

Access the Cloud VDI via Okta SSO.

Log into a desktop.

Once your desktop has launched click on the Windows Start Menu, then click on the ‘user’ icon, finally click “Change account settings.”

Once the Account settings window appears click “Access work or school” on the left.

You will see accounts which are connected to your user. Click on your Mines.edu account, then click “Disconnect”.

Click “Yes” to confirm the removal. It may take a few moments for the removal to process.

Now, quit Microsoft Teams and or Microsoft OneDrive then launch again.
