Share Your Outlook Calendar

Open Outlook (desktop app or web version) and click the Settings gear icon. In the search bar, type Share Calendar.
- Choose can choose to share or publish a calendar.

- To share a calendar: Select what details you want to share and with whom.

- To publish a calendar, select which permissions you want to provide and then press publish. A few other options available:
- Copy the provided links to share your calendar with others.
- Use Reset Links to revoke previous links.
- Use Unpublish to remove access completely.


Enable “Bookings with me”
- Open Outlook (desktop app or web version) and click the Settings gear icon. In the search bar, type Bookings with me.
- Click the book with me link to open the Bookings setup

- Review the default booking page provided by Microsoft. Example: You can set your available time to a certain set of hours (e.g., 1:30 PM – 2:30 PM). Note: meeting times are blocked automatically on your calendar.
- You can edit an existing booking page by clicking the three dots in the top right corner of that module.

- You can create additional booking pages, by clicking the + sign on your main booking page.
- You can create multiple booking pages (one for 30 minute meetings or 15 minute meetings) for different purposes.
- You can choose Public or Private visibility. Public booking pages will appear on your booking page. Private booking pages will appear to those who have a link to book.



- Click the three dots (ellipsis) to share your booking link.
