How do I request an OrePrint refund?
We understand that technology is not always reliable and some issues may occur when printing Via OrePrint. Including but not limited to: print not releasing job but charging an account, printer releasing multiple copies, printer being out of ink resulting in poor a print, etc...
In any case we provide an option to request a refund on the OrePrint site.
NOTE: This is a request for a refund. All refunds are considered on a case by case basis and you will be notified by e-mail of your refund request status.
First navigate to OrePrint by:
Navigate to 'Recent Print Jobs' in the sidebar under 'Transaction History':
The screen will now provide information on recent print jobs on the right-hand side
- Identify the print job that you would to request a refund on and under the 'STATUS' column click on the 'request refund' hyperlink:
You will now be on the 'Refund Request' Page
- Select your refund amount and fill out the 'Reason for Request' text box.
- Once completed hit 'Send'
Once you have done so navigate back to 'Recent Print Jobs' and the 'STATUS' column will look like the following:
